General Sales Terms

- Shipment of single products is guaranteed within 48/96 hours (Europe only) from order confirmation by PROMAR

- The relative price to the single included VAT (20%)

- Shipment costs are extra and will be charged and notified before shipment

- Cash on delivery payment is not always available on all countries

- We will inform you about shipping costs and time

- If paying directly to the Courier, add a € 5.13 fee (Europe)

- Failed delivery costs will be charged to Customer

- Shipment of products Pack is guaranteed within 20/30 days from order confirmation by PROMAR

- Delivery times do not included holidays

- Orders placed during weekends will be processed on monday

- Products Pack prices do not included Included shipment

Return policy

Defective items must be returned (within 7 days and reporting the reason for returning) to:

By ordinary mail. Replacement item(s) will be immediately shipped with no additional costs.

If damage is caused by misuse, PROMAR has the right to refuse replacement
